Overview
When Togamo, a small West African country, asks to charter a tanker, the odd request leads Alec Stewart to suspect that the country's petrol is being sold on in breach of sanctions against Rhodesia. Peter Thornton flies the company plane to Brussels, and the trail leads to a front company and a tanker called the Rosanna Three. Brian Stead and Thornton then set off for Togamo, and a long flight across Africa with pilot Dave Sandy.
