Overview

When Mogul offers assistance to the government of the Congo, Willy Izard and Peter Thornton are sent out. While Izard struggles with evasive politicians, Thornton is far out in the bush coping with inexperienced crews, tribal rivalries and superstition, lodging in a rundown hotel kept by a hard-drinking Englishman, Sid Carver, whose knowledge of local affairs proves valuable.
