Overview

In this brand-new episode of “Cauchemar en cuisine,” Philippe Etchebest heads north to the home of the Chtis, specifically to Somain, a small town between Douai and Valenciennes. It was Benoit who called on the chef to help his wife, Emmanuelle, who took over a restaurant four years ago. The situation is particularly tense because customers aren’t exactly lining up, and Emmanuelle—who works alongside her employee Kelly—feels more and more overwhelmed every day. As soon as he arrives, the chef is surprised because, for once, he has a wonderful time at lunch: fresh ingredients, clean cooking—even the burger buns are homemade! All signs point to the restaurant’s success. Yet behind this idyllic picture lies a much less cheerful reality…
