Overview
Mustafa saves Selim from the Janissaries but is blamed for the chaos, while Hürrem—moved by his loyalty—admits she wishes he were her son. Rüstem’s long‑lost brother arrives, and Mihrimah’s desperate choice seals Mustafa’s fate, pushing him toward disaster. As Süleyman’s condition worsens, factions rally to place Mustafa on the throne, turning the sultan’s illness into the catalyst for a looming catastrophe.
