In the Yorkshire Dales, Ade picks up Sam for a weekend of birdwatching. Their adventure begins with an after-work pint by the river, watching swallows, swifts and house martins swoop and wheel overhead in a dazzling aerial display.

Samuel West and Adrian Edmondson head to West Wales during breeding season to view magnificent raptors and smaller woodland residents, including red kites, woodpeckers and ospreys.
