Episode 1

Overview

Four singles arrive at the First Dates restaurant hoping to meet the right person. Interior designer Mikaela, 29, from Cyprus, is matched with 37-year-old Athens chef Rafail; picky Thessalonian Kiki, 33, meets chatty horse-loving seasonal worker Petros, 29; hairdresser Argyro "Sylvi", 41, sits down with 51-year-old Acropolis Museum guard Sotiris; and young Cretan nursing student Maria, 18, is paired with 21-year-old Cretan hotel worker Yorgos. From name-day coincidences to zodiac predictions, shoe criteria and clashing views on gender roles, each table finds out whether the first impression survives dinner.
