Overview
On the North Island of New Zealand, spearfishing for kingfish just off the Matakana coast. Using his rustic portable kitchen, he prepares a tangy ceviche salad with chilli, lime and coconut milk, Moroccan spiced BBQ skewers and a Greek marinated.
