Stop It, You're Breaking My Heart

Overview

A Soviet drilling rig anchors right beside Mogul's North Sea platform, Mogmac, off Scotland, claiming to be drilling outside national jurisdiction for a Cuban company that never signed the continental shelf convention. Rig superintendent Eddie Barnaby finds that the rig is run by Nina Kapler, someone from his past. In London, Brian Stead and Willy Izard get little help from the Foreign Office, and the Russians come forward with an offer of a trade.
