Overview

After her parents leave her behind, twelve year old high-achieving student Emi is forced to spend the weekend with her grandma, the head monk at a Buddhist temple. With her grandmother's Zen completely at odds with Emi's family's high-pressure lifestyle, Emi struggles with Grandma Ha's guidance as she takes her first steps towards self-discovery and inner peace.
