Phosphene

Overview

Phosphene is an animal myth. Centering around the Garrano horse, which is native to northwest Iberia, this documentary is an invitation to reflection, a juxtaposition of the comfort of the real with the discomfort of the imaginary. Its reality is that of the world of the mountains, of the humans and the other beings that inhabit them. It is a fable about the confrontation between man and the force of nature; the clash between the savage, the wild, and the civilized.
